Crate is an accessible food resource app inspired by harvest season in Portland, OR, where some neighbors leave excess fruits and veggies in free crates. My peer, Herin Ha, and I developed friendly branding, thorough research methodology, and UX/UI design for Crate. My focus was to conduct behavioral, attitudinal, and user experience research for Crate to be a preliminary model to collectively combat food insecurity.
